KLUB KELUARGA

A 21/2 hours drive from manila via SLEX/SLEX link/StarToll,take the IBAAN exit,

immediately take the left turn and drive all the way to San Juan,Batangas.

Don't worry of getting lost,there are plenty of signage/direction

to get you moving on the right direction.

Klub Keluarga is located inside Kota Keluarga,a residential/resort complex which
is currently under development located at San Juan Laiya Ibabao Batangas.

From the entrance of Kota Keluarga,it will just take you around 10 minutes to reach Klub

Keluarga.Though it's not that far,i would advise you to close your windows as the road
leading to the beach resort is not yet paved and very dusty.The ride going to
the beach was somehow fun because it added up to the ambiance and
authenticity of the place.

KLUB KELUARGA/PARASOL BEACH

Klub Keluarga/Parasol Beach are the two resorts that you can choose from if your planning

for an overnight stay at Costa De Madera.

The Cabana
Klub Keluargas' Cabana doesn't have its own Bathroom,Common Bathroom is being used.

The Parasol Beach Rooms

The Parasol Room is a Container Van converted into rooms
with own bathroom where we stayed for the night that cost us P3,500 for 3 pax.

Check In Time-1:00 Pm

Check Out Time -11:30 Am

The Pool

The Pool is open for 24 hours but at YOUR OWN RISK! and after 10pm

NOISE MUST! be MINIMIZED all around the resort.

We availed the Dinner,Breakfast,Lunch buffet package that the resort offers since we

stayed overnight.The quality of the food was really good and the service was

excellent,all the resort staff are very accomodating and friendly.By the way

nothing to worry about the drinking water,they provide free purified

drinking water for the whole duration of your stay.

Activities at the resort such as beach volleyball,pool swimming,dart games,videoke
are available until 10pm (they are strict with this house rule as it may creat noise
and disturb other guests from resting).Beach swimming,snorkling and kayaking
are only up to 6pm as the lifeguards are already off by then.
